Position Statement on Avian Influenza
Cereform Limited does not handle poultry at any of our three sites.
Our Corby and Northampton sites use heat-treated dried egg powders in some confectionery products.
We have a statement from our supplier confirming that all the egg products are fully pasteurised. The eggs are sourced from chickens within the EU and are not sourced from areas affected by Avian Influenza.
