  • Typically used at 1-2% on flour weight
  • Can be used to extend product shelf-life
  • Helps reduce packaging waste associated with boxed fats
  • Pumpable fluid suitable for a wide range of production systems
  • Available in 900 kg IBC containers
  • Can also be supplied with the incorporation of anti-staling ingredients
