Cereform’s fluid shortening is a mixture of vegetable oils and emulsifier which is suitable for use in a wide range of bakery products wherever they require the addition of fat
- Typically used at 1-2% on flour weight
- Can be used to extend product shelf-life
- Helps reduce packaging waste associated with boxed fats
- Pumpable fluid suitable for a wide range of production systems
- Available in 900 kg IBC containers
- Can also be supplied with the incorporation of anti-staling ingredients
