Cereform offers a range of custards: ready to use or to just mix with water. What they have in common is a rich creaminess, delicious flavour and appetising colour.

Cereform Confectioners Custard Mix is a creamy cold setting custard that is freeze-thaw stable and can be baked in products such as Danish and other pastries.

Cereform’s Crème Patisserie is cut-stable and pipe-able and is an ideal filling for profiteroles, choux buns, donuts and Danish pastries. Our Confectioners Custard Mix produces a cold-setting custard that can be baked in products such as Danish pastries.

Ready to Use (RTU) Custard is used as donut filling but also as a hot or cold custard sauce. It has a delicious Devon Cream flavour.

Fillings and sauces

We produce a range of smooth and creamy fillings and sauces, perfect for donut and cake injection or layered desserts. Our caramel and toffee fillings can be bake- and freeze-stable and are also available in low-fat versions. A wide variety of colours, flavours and textures are available.

All our products are free of trans-fatty acids and hydrogenated fats.
