A blend of experience and fresh ideas helps to drive our technical team. The three departments of Technical Support, R&D and NPD work closely together with each other and with our customers to exploit the synergies of expert knowledge and innovation. Between them, they have over a 250 years experience in the bakery industry but still keep finding fresh new ideas every day.
We have specialists in all disciplines - from commissioning fluid conditioner systems to creating mouth- watering icings and toppings, formulating flour confectionery and thermal processing in speciality products.
Our Technical Support Managers and Regional Sales Executives are field- based and provide support to our customers. This support includes technical knowledge and application support, running plant trials and transferring development projects to the production line. You could say it's all part of the service!
