Our range of cake products is simply mouth-watering. No matter what your favourite is, we probably have it in our product portfolio. There are both traditional and contemporary products available as mix or, more economical, as concentrate which can be bespoke for plant bakeries. Smaller bakeries will find our cake mixes available through many wholesalers and distributors.
The qualities range from regular to premium and quality and can be flavoured and coloured as required to customise. We have low fat varieties in our Choice range or clean-label cake products. All products are highly versatile, usable as cup cakes or muffins, pound cakes, tray bakes or gateaux.
