Each of our customers is allocated a primary service contact person. That person will process your orders and respond to you promptly, courteously and helpfully.

If anything could affect your order, we will notify you promptly to tell you what's happened and what effect it will have. We hope you'll never need to complain - but if you do, any complaint will be investigated and you'll receive a response within 7 working days.

We only deliver with food safe vehicles. Your products will never be transported with other products that might compromise product quality or safety.
