Heat treated soya bran

An ideal source of natural bran, heat treated soya bran has nearly twice the dietry fibre of wheat bran. A nutritious addition to breakfast cereals, speciality breads, vegetarian and snack food.

It has also been reported to lower plasma cholesterol levels.
